Carla Kollar

Rose Behavior Consulting LLC is owned and operated by Carlotta “Carla” Kollar, M.S., BCBA, LBA, CBSP. Carla is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst in Nevada, and a Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner. She provides BCBA-led ABA, parent coaching, behavioral consultation, and behavioral sleep support for children and families in Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, with telehealth services available throughout California and Nevada.

Carla earned her Masters degree from Arizona State University in 2020 and earned additional coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked in the field of ABA since 2017, progressing from Behavior Technician to Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Throughout her career, Carla has worked with children and families across home, school, clinic, and community settings. Her experience includes supporting communication, social skills, daily living skills, transitions, toileting, challenging behavior, caregiver training, and sleep-related concerns.

Carla’s approach is practical, collaborative, and individualized. She focuses on helping caregivers understand the principals behind behavior while developing strategies that are realistic to use in everyday life.
