Carla Kollar

Carla Kollar is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), and Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner (CBSP) dedicated to helping children and families create meaningful, lasting change. She earned her Masters degree from Arizona State University in 2020 and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2017, progressing from Behavior Technician to BCBA.

Throughout her career, Carla has developed a passion for empowering parents with practical, evidence-based strategies that can be integrated into everyday life. She believes parents are their child's most important teachers and that meaningful progress happens when families feel confident supporting skill development beyond therapy sessions. This passion has led her to focus on a parent-led ABA approach that promotes long-term success across home, school, and community settings.

Carla specializes in communication, social skills, adaptive living skills, behavior support, and sleep hygiene. As a Certified Behavioral Sleep Specialist, she also helps families establish healthy sleep routines that improve overall well-being for both children and caregivers.

She has experience supporting children and families with a wide range of developmental and behavioral needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, global developmental delays, language and communication delays, adaptive skill deficits, challenging behaviors, and difficulties with daily routines. Her approach is individualized, family-centered, and focused on building meaningful skills that improve quality of life.
